The is located within the municipality of Almogía (Malaga), on a country estate called “La Capellanía” at the foot of the Torcal de Antequera. The estate has extensive pastures on which our broodmares and colts graze freely. It provides all the essential facilities for the breeding and training of our stock such as bays for broodmares, maternity stalls, bays for colts and fillies, spacious corrals for the winter, as well as a bay with boxes for siring stallions.

We established ourselves in the year 1982, though we had previously spent some time studying which genetic lineages of PRE horses would be most appropriate. We finally decided to introduce two lineages, one with a large percentage of “bocao” and partly Yeguada Militar stock, and another that was pure “bocao” stock (100% Cartujano).

We currently have 35 broodmares, a large number of which are of “pure bocao” stock with the aim of conserving the two abovementioned lineages.

We have exported horses throughout most of Europe (Germany, Italy, France, Denmark, Switzerland, Belgium, Austria and Holland) as well as to the United States.

The ultimate aim of our stud farm is to conserve the thoroughbred Andalusian horse, which from our viewpoint, demands above all, beauty, a good nature and elevation and extension of movement.
