2017 has started in the best way posible. Early January we discovered that our horses Duero and Amaranto de Aimaran had been selected by the Spanish Equestrian Federation to be part of the “Elite Program”.Dressage This means that they will be part of a very selected team of horses of all breeds that will be under the supervision of the Spanish national coach Rafael Soto and Luis Lucio in order to select the best ones for international competition and help them to keep on improving. We have already had our first meeting with all the horses of the south of Spain. To train under the supervision of Rafael Soto, Luis Lucio and Nicky Barret is always a great pleasure, they gave great advice to Enrique and Jorge to keep on improve and perform at the highest level this 2017. Thank you to the RFHE (Spanish Equestrian Federation) for letting us be part of this great idea!

But not much later we also received great news from the ANCCE, as a part of the Plan de Desarrollo Deportivo PDD (Sports Development Program). The breeders association has decided to select the best PRE horses for dressage and our horses Cantal and Duero de Aimaran are both in the team! So proud of our young horses! In the beginning of January we were in Almeria as a part of the first meeting. We trained with Jorge Conde and Jose Antonio García Mena and it was really useful. To have the point of view of a dressage judge and an Olympic  rider is incredible and we were lucky enough to be there!
